  • Supporting L’Oreal Paris brand innovation through the development of a go-to-market strategy. Specifically, I have evaluated our retail opportunity, calculated sales projections for a P&L, and monitored competitor performance, including CRM.

    Measure social listening and online customer feedback across three e-commerce platforms for nine new SKU launches. 

  • Use Nielsen scan data to measure lift, dollar growth, and ROI for our national coupon campaigns.

  • Assessed the market opportunity and created a data analysis for our new club-format SKU’s sell-in plan. 

  • Identified the cause of a national retailer planogram error, and worked with the national account team to correct the error in the retailer’s planogram management system.

  • Generated on-shelf communication and merchandising recommendations based on successful brands at luxury retailers.

  • Analyzed shelf-space to sales for all skincare brands sold at our top four retailers, driving a competitive sell-in strategy.
